1 Medium onion – diced
3 cloves garlic – chopped
2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Drizzle the olive oil into a large pot or dutch oven and add the ingrediants as listed.
Then add:
Six pound can of Italian Peeled Tomaotes which have been run through the food processor until medium/thin texture
