OK man! In Italian we says “antipasto” for a little mix of ham, salami and green olives, black olives and red onion.
The nice is that you made a Big Salad (grande Insalata).
Anti-Pasto is Before-Eating.
No cheese is for first, cheese is the last.
But MMhhhummm seen ypur picture made me hungry.
See you. Sincerely Glipkerio
I have a question: In USA what you seem for “The Party on the Patio”…….. a nice BBQ with friends in the Patio/Garden ?
Sometimes we call it a “cookout”. On the patio we use a charcoal or gas grill to cook burgers (ground beef), hot dogs (sausages), or steak — beef steaks like filet mignon or T-Bone steak. We have people come over and we have drinks, wine, beer, or cocktails. Sometimes we have a theme cookout – like all Mexian food and serve Mexican beer or Margaritas (Tiquila and lime juice). Good luck. Stop by often. Yes, I know all about the night gases 😉
Thanks a lot.
Usually, during a BBQ on the patio i put a ZZTOP Soundtrack!
I’ll stay tune.
Bye
Truthful words, some authentic words man. Totally made my day!!
